Service

QuoteWin provides software for creating, presenting, tracking and progressing interior-design and contracting proposals. It does not perform design, construction, legal, tax or accounting services.

Workspace responsibility

Workspace owners are responsible for the accuracy of rates, taxes, quantities, warranties, payment terms and commitments included in their proposals. AI assistance is a drafting aid and does not replace commercial review.

Client acceptance

QuoteWin records a recipient’s proposal acceptance and related metadata as an operational record. Whether that acceptance forms a legally binding contract depends on the studio’s terms and applicable law.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the checkout terms shown by the configured payment provider. Subscription status is determined by verified provider events. Taxes may apply.

Acceptable use

Users must not use QuoteWin for fraud, unlawful marketing, harmful content, unauthorized access, or to process information they do not have a lawful basis to use.

Availability

The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages or security reasons. QuoteWin should be deployed with monitoring and backups appropriate to the operator’s production requirements.
